Steps to Store Auto Login Credentials 🔑

- On your Mosaic-managed device, navigate to the system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen).
- Locate the LogMeIn Resolve icon.
2️⃣ Right-Click the LogMeIn Resolve Icon
- Right-click on the LogMeIn Resolve icon to open the options menu.
- Click on “Store Auto Login Credentials.”
3️⃣ Log in with the Service Account 👤
- You must use the designated Mosaic service account to store the credentials.
- This account will be securely stored, ensuring Mosaic IT can access the system without exposing your password.
