Steps to Store Auto Login Credentials 🔑

1️⃣ Access the System Tray

  • On your Mosaic-managed device, navigate to the system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen).
  • Locate the LogMeIn Resolve icon.

2️⃣ Right-Click the LogMeIn Resolve Icon

  • Right-click on the LogMeIn Resolve icon to open the options menu.
  • Click on “Store Auto Login Credentials.”

3️⃣ Log in with the Service Account 👤

  • You must use the designated Mosaic service account to store the credentials.
  • This account will be securely stored, ensuring Mosaic IT can access the system without exposing your password.

4️⃣ Enter the Password 🔒

  • Input the password for the Mosaic user account that will access the device.
