Changes to System Maintenance Alerts and How to Subscribe
Overview:
We are implementing a change in our communication strategy regarding product maintenance releases for Epicor ECM (DocStar). This change aims to enhance the efficiency of our notification system and provide you with a more streamlined experience.
Effective Date:
Starting Friday, May 3, 2024, we will discontinue sending direct email notifications of product maintenance releases.
New Communication Method:
Instead of direct email notifications, we encourage you to subscribe to our status alerts for real-time updates on releases and system status. This ensures that you receive timely and relevant information.
How to Subscribe to Status Alerts:
- Log in to your EpicWeb portal account.
- Navigate to the “Settings” section.
- Select “Notifications” and choose to subscribe to status alerts.
Additional Option:
Subscribe to receive additional email or text notices regarding routine updates, scheduled maintenance, or system outages at status.epicor.com.
Reason for Change:
We believe that this adjustment will provide you with a more streamlined and customizable experience, allowing you to manage and receive updates based on your preferences.
Continued Access to Release Information:
For those who prefer an alternative, you can continue to monitor product releases, specific build and version numbers, within the EpicWeb portal.
